These classic French crepes are ideal for any meal and are so easy to make. Soft and buttery thin pancakes that can be customized with sweet or savory toppings made with ingredients you already have in your pantry.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted sweet cream butter, melted
Instructions
- Add the sifted all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted unsalted sweet cream butter into a blender and blend until no lumps remain.
- Warm a skillet on medium heat with some butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the warm skillet, then swirl until the batter coats the bottom of the skillet.
- Cook until the crepe is golden brown on the bottom and has crispy edges (approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute).
- Gently flip the crepe and cook the other side for about one minute.
- Let the crepes cool completely on a plate before serving. Enjoy!
