Description

This refreshing and creamy Tzatziki Sauce is a tasty dip for a variety of traditional Greek dishes or your summer veggies. Blending crisp cucumber, creamy Greek yogurt, garlic, and fresh dill to make the ultimate versatile sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber using a box grater.
  2. Squeeze out all excess water from the cucumber using a kitchen towel or a cheesecloth.
  3. Mix the cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill until evenly combined.
  4. Top with extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Chill in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy!
