- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber using a box grater.
- Squeeze out all excess water from the cucumber using a kitchen towel or a cheesecloth.
- Mix the cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill until evenly combined.
- Top with extra virgin olive oil.
- Chill in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy!
